Client Feedback
Contract Design Engineer
I've worked with James for 6, 7 years, he's the longest standing recruiter I still actively engage with. His expertise, professionalism, and dedication are unmatched.
Principal Design Engineer
Simply put, I have not worked with a recruiter before who was as organised, attentive and followed through on what they said they would do as well as James. I recommend him and Sapien without hesitation.
Project Manager
Highly attentive in providing feedback, updates and chasing answers with excellently clear communication. I accepted a role through James and Sapien and would happily work with him again.
Design Engineer
Highly recommend Cassie for her exceptional professionalism and dedication. From our first conversation she matched me with an opportunity that aligned with my skills and experience. Her responsiveness, helpful advice and support helped me secure my new role. Cassie really does go above and beyond, any candidate would be lucky to work with her!
Electronic Engineer
On applying for a job vacancy online via Sapien Recruitment, Billy was quick to respond. He sent my details to his client and kept me informed at every step with updates from the client. A job interview was eventually arranged, and Billy kept on top of things by liaising with his client and with me. I couldn't wish for a better service and would definitely recommend any prospective job seekers to use his services. (P.S. I was eventually offered the position shortly after my initial interview.)
Technical Design Engineer
Levi helped me attain a position which is a great fit for my personal aspirations and career goals. Leaving no stone unturned, Levi ensured a seamless process from the application, to interview until my first day. Levi is a likeable and helpful individual who has the skills to get the best out of people by unlocking their potential and giving them the confidence to take the next step of their career with ease.
