Project Manager

Client Overview

Our client is design and manufacturer of custom-built equipment, a pioneer within their industry and growing due to the continued high level of delivery to their space.

We are looking to hire multiple Project Manager’s within the team, as they continue to support, Subsea, Marine, Defence, Energy & others in the pursuit of engineering excellence.

The key for them in Project Management is “hands-on” involvement in engineering or manufacturing, full cradle to grave project management with project ownership and being strong in customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage your projects from cradle to grave
• Work closely with your customers to ensure objectives are met
• Manage projects within budget and to defined time constraints
• Ensure documentation is updated and in accordance with project guidelines
• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to help ensure the delivery of project(s)

Skill Required

• Experienced in Project Management within Engineering & Manufacturing business
• Cradle to Grave / Project Ownership, able to demonstrate this clearly and not just been in a coordination role for project management operation
• Strong technical knowledge gained through either Project Managing for Engineering and/or Manufacturing businesses or via being an engineer transitioning to Project Management
• Customer Facing experience is paramount, due to the nature of the role

Compensation & Other Benefits

• £60,000 to £70,000 per annum
